Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loyal Customer I use them every year. They use Qr code scanning, regular printer scanner, or manual input. You could have your taxes done in an hour now! Using them every year gets you discounts on the services. The program is easy to use, if you think you're messing up, its no problem. You can always add the live CPA to the program for an extra fee and peace of mind. Taxes aren't scary and way cheaper than going to a tax place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than my CPA I felt that I wasn't understood and that my prior tax professional didn't fulfil their responsibility to understand MY tax situations. Going through turbotax has helped ME understand my tax situations. I found many deductions that my previous tax professional never used or asked me about.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unnecessary paid add on charge by saying used Live Just called and asked do i need to show foreign account t be included over phone call with Trbox tax . for that they consider as used Live premium. and charged for 139$. I was expecting just 69$ only but they too more than 2 hours to say no for price discount or revison. till finall they didn't support to waive extra fees . even website also doesn't pop up that to show -- use of call option to team will cost me additional 70$. i hate this type of service to get money without proper details sharing. Really upset. If have used with more real challenge issues then its work for what i paid. I expecting refund for the service.
