My only issue Is that when you need someone to review something or have a question; there is a bit of a wait for a callback. And if the call gets dropped, as it did to me today, there is no immediate callback. You have to start over and wait in line again.

I don't fill like I am just filling information, I feel like I understand what I am doing. I especially like when Turbo Tax says, "last year you did this......does that still apply this year?" Also, when the program makes me aware of changes to laws. Great program.
