I have appreciated their new features making it easier to find the free file options and further division of pricing for various tax return situations.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is easy to use turbo tax is simple and easy to use. i have gone from complicated returns to retirement with easy returns. Turbo had help along the way that got me back money as earned income for babtsitting in my retirement that I didnt know I qulified for. It made a $2.000 dollar refund difference on my return! thanks again Turbo Tax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fairly easy to file with the exception of crypto Just about everything is explained very well and easy to enter all my information with the exception of my crypto gains and losses. This is why I am giving it a rating of 2 stars because if I filed online, I could have easily imported CSV files but they do not import on the downloaded version! It is extremely frustrating because the only files the downloaded version excepts are TXF files. Waisted a lot of time searching how to convert CSV to TXF. Please, please, please make this consistent between online and downloaded applications.
