Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax should be universally used I am a US Armed forces employee and my taxes are always complicated. I always need to go to an agency that understands this and turbo tax has been doing this for years for me. The features are simple and easy to use as well as the live agents who are always ready to help.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax: Easy to Use, Live Support NOT recommende I've been using TurboTax for several years. The interface is intuit-ive and self-explanatory. I recommend TurboTax to everyone. I purchased the "Tax Expert" service and was VERY disappointment with the level of tax understanding. I asked a tax question - if purchasing a vehicle and paying state/local taxes would influence my return - and Twanna wasn't sure if it would or where to enter in the information in TurboTax. After sharing my screen, Twanna guided me to click around for a while until we eventually found a field for vehicle registration fees/taxes. I will NOT use the "tax expert" service again. Since the service is bundled in with a larger package, however, I feel I will continue to pay for the worthless service.
