At times it gets frustrating just getting started because they want to prepopulate all your info, so navigating around that can be a bit ridiculous. But ultimately it has a good flow and step by step instructions on how to do things. I've filed with Turbo Tax for many years now and they never let me down.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ISSUES ON SYSTEM Candice (she gets a 100%) patiently and professionally walked me through an issue where the system said I received a large STATE tax credit, without explaining it was a non-refundable credit. You might want to Fix that prior to the true busy season!

And it's great overall making it easy to file step by step and checks to make sure it everything is completed to file. There is one thing but it may be my own device and tech savvy use of accessing through each step. There few times where I had to go back to add tax information or clicking on agreements and when I try go back to where I left off it took me few steps backwards.
