I have used them since I found myself single again after many years of marriage and never having done taxes before. Don’t be afraid to use the live chat. All the people I’ve spoken to have been wonderful, friendly knowledgeable and talked me through my questions and tax situations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax process It could be simplified and have areas that are clear for professional expenses other than just teachers. It should also stated upfront State filing fees. And be clarify how long the identify theft protection is for and what exactly they are protecting. Is it just for filing your taxes and from theft of your tax information? That should innately be covered by using the service. The tax guy that called me was great, friendly and new what he was doing.
