Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Less Than it has previously been. I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This year the program seems to not be working properly. It would not allow me to review, download or print. The HELP center had zero information on this. The only other option is to pay for premium service which doesn't justify the need for that type of assistance.
