It gets easier to use each year because most of the information is prefilled and the system makes it easy to update your information. I also don't have to worry about missing out on tax breaks or making an error as the system prompts you for any breaks or discrepancies. And the price is much less than what a tradtionl tax service would charge,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Much worse user experience. Colorful words. My experience this year has been the worst since switching over to Turbo Tax. Trying to import previous statements from online left me with 20 minuites of confusion and colorful language. Periodically, this program stuttered and tried to close. I was able to save most of the data needed and didn't trust printing off documents. The help pages frequently instructed me to sign in online to find previous years documents. However, it would not let me go to those documents when signing in and wanting me to complete pre-requisite questions I'm hoping the majority of these issues are due to a newer computer and user error; but i've had less issue with Roblox concerning FAQS.
