I received great help on the phone from Jean(male), Loly, and Latasha. The phone call option for help is wonderful and was very quick. Thanks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love how it shows what I entered Last Year. Very quick, I really like the upload image option because my accounts aren't big time accounts and it saves me lots of time. I love bouncing in and out as well to complete my taxes as I get more forms in.
