The mere thought of tackling my taxes on my own stresses me out, so the fact that I can just enter everything in so quickly on TurboTax and have them do the rest is incredible. Highly recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs better online tech support Had trouble with the 2020 downloaded software. Followed the directions given in the pop-up window, but that didn't help. Tried the online and community support help links but the problem was not discussed on either page. Was able to get a phone number for tech assistance and after some time finally resolved the problem. Had to re-download and initialize the software to make it work. While downloading a second time is drastic, customers need to be informed this may need to be a necessary option. The software itself, once it was downloaded again, was easy to use and made filing the returns a breeze.
