I've been using TurboTax for a few years now and I love it because of it's ease of use for those new to filing their own return, and it's affordability. I took away 1 star because of this new $39 filing fee for this 3rd party if you decide to take the fee from you return oppose to paying it upfront. I'm accustomed to paying $78 and just think additional fees regardless of amount are just unnecessary especially in this economy.
