Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Program Ever I’ve used this company for 3 years and loved it the first 2 years due to its customer friendly app but for some reason this year they’ve changed their format which is 10 times more difficult to use and navigate. My returns were rejected twice for things that were actually correct. I’ll never use this app again.
