Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank You Turbotax It was my first time Feiling my Tax's myself this year and I had a rejection the first time, but Turbo tax help me to get the right IRS Transcript because H&R Block give me the wrong info. When I call to talk to some one she was every helpful and nice to guide me through to get it right and it went through thank you so much TurboTax I will use you again next year!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cool BUT It is pretty cool that they try and get every tax credit for you and it is very easy to use. BUT it will withhold deserving tax credits until you UPGRADE and pay them money. Which is a DISGUSTING feature. I had to upgrade the service in order to get a STUDENT tax credit. We have to pay in order to receive the taxes back that we had over paid. Absolutely disgusting on TurboTax's side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Simple and Very Manageable We chose Live Deluxe to insure we were tracking in the right direction and had all we needed to file both federal and state taxes. It was truly a follow the bouncing ball approach an was relatively easy and painless. We highly recommend Turbo Tax Live Deluxe.
