Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks TurboTax! As someone who has recently filed taxes during a complicated financial situation, I cannot recommend TurboTax enough. From start to finish, the platform made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. TurboTax's user-friendly interface made it simple to enter all of my financial information and answer relevant questions. It even helped me identify deductions I might have otherwise missed. Plus, the platform's guidance and advice throughout the filing process gave me confidence that I was doing everything correctly. But what really impressed me was how TurboTax handled my complicated financial situation. With various income streams and deductions to consider, I was worried I would miss something or make a mistake. But TurboTax guided me through each step of the process and helped me file accurately and efficiently. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with TurboTax's ease of use, helpful guidance, and ability to handle complex financial situations. If you're looking for a stress-free way to file your taxes, I highly recommend giving TurboTax a try.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Federal Tax Product to do your Taxes! Excellent product very easy to use. Only thing I like to bring to their attention is so that they honor what ever discounts they offer you. I notice they always send me discounts but don't see them applied after I file.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience Had several issues with just understanding how to use the software. At one point I mistakenly clicked a Federal review response wanting to get further explanation on it, and the thing raised my tax owed $300! And there was no way to get back to it. If you want to ask customer service for help more than once, you have to upgrade your plan. It's absolutely ridiculous. I'll be utilizing something else next year.
