Rated 1 out of 5 by from disappointed Highly disappointed. I always thought Turbo Tax was supposed to be completely free. I ended up having to pay $80 because I wanted to pay with my refund. Turbo Tax may be the cheapest way to file taxes but if it isn't free then free shouldn't be in the product name.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Probably looking for something new next year I was forced to upgrade services just because I bought and sold stocks, even though I never asked an agent for help and did it all myself I was forced to pay $70 for an upgrade I didnt need and then also has a $40 processing to just take it out of my refund. They didnt used to do this when I first started with them years ago.
