Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed First time I used TurboTax was great, but when I filed this year they charged me $117 to “file my returns properly” and I wasn’t given any option to cancel this “deluxe” version, I just put my card info in, changed my mind and closed my laptop, but the second they got my card info they must have deemed it okay to charge me or something, very, very disappointing. I wish explanations on why the values change were a little more detailed, also I'd appreciate as a longer term customer lower pricing, maybe a pricing model that's a percentage of the return rather than a flat fee? I lost half my return to Turbo Tax fees...

Our business closed during Covid so we found ourselves in a much less complex situation than in past years. No need for a CPA, just W2 form and basic expenses. So I thought I would give TurboTax a try this year. It was super easy and quick with step by step instructions.
