Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy, Super awesome, Super reliable I was scared to do my own tax returns by myself but after my tax person decided to charge me 150.00, I found the courage to do it myself and it was FREE, very easy steps to follow. They ask you questions to guide you through the process and they have answers for questions you may need answers for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Timely and Great Support I've been with TurboTax for 8 years and ran into this funky problem with a 1099-MISC form. Support called me back, and she was able to sort out the mess quickly. I know nobody likes when things aren't running super cleanly, but I like organizations that can solve problems effectively. Problems are always bound to happen, and the mark of a good company is more in how these problems are handled.
