Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not quite IRS next year for sure. I haven't had a ton of years experience filing taxes, but hiding the price until the end and making it extremely difficult to look at options. Clever, but I'd like to test the waters.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Probably Good Enough TurboTax has worked well for me when my taxes were straight forward, but interface awkwardness in my state return cost me an unnecessary and substantial penalty in 2021 when I had done a Roth IRA conversion, and the annualization process (Form 2210) on the state return wasn't clear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Straight forward, but confusing/tricky pricing I've used TurboTax for years and its great. However, their pricing schemes are frustrating. If you are not careful, you may elect a service you don't need.
