I had entered all info and then inquired about it and had to go clear all info to get away from the "live help" option. Because all of my information comes from a provided tax form, I didn't need the extra help. I appreciate how straightforward everything is, and I like it that last year's info is there to guide me. I also appreciate filing online and not having to depend on a paper form or refund by mail. It all works for me.
