I love how its set up and moves you along in a positive, easy-to-understand way. The people available to live chat are so helpful. Feels really futuristic when they share your screen with you and are able to guide you from afar. Thanks Turbo Tax

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax keeps making mistakes Several times I have followed the exact same process to file my taxes and now for the second time in a few years I had been told by the government that my taxes were done wrong, then I suddenly owed more money. TurboTax needs to be better and get it right the first time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from decent service Overall the service is well put together. My only issue is that the wording in some windows is a bit confusing to me not being a tax expert. Would be helpful if the wording wasn't as lawyerish and was written more for the lay person.
