While documenting the tax obligation was fairly easy, Turbo Tax keeps leading deeper and deeper into payment obligations to itself, such as Max and high fees for using a credit card for filing. This isn't explained at the onset.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from the help is great! I filed for the first time by myself, I have two businesses and did my hubs w2 and i made it!!! I did pay for the extra live help and audit protection but it was all still way cheaper than my CPA. The only thing I did not like was that it kept looping errors for me and did not help to explain why. But the LIVE help did the job and helped me get through some rough spots.
