Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent support I was having an issue with for 37 for my state taxes. I ended up having support call me and Destiny was amazing. She was extremely patient and walked me through everything.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not great I ran into a program error and had to pay an additional $60 to get access to chat support in order to fix it. I couldn't type in my business expenses without upgrading to a more expensive product. I will not use Turbo Tax again.
