Their help section was very streamlined and facilitated a perfect flow of how to do my taxes. I have done them before but definitely favored the way TurboTax was set up

Rated 2 out of 5 by from WHAT HAPPENED TURBO TAX????? I have used Turbo Tax for the past 2 years and this was the first time ever that i had to pay for my refund to be files. Not only did I pay, but i was charged $120 from my federal return for filing my federal, state, and a fee for having the option to pay from my federal return. I am not too happy about that. What's going on Turbo Tax???
