Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened? So many errors and glitches. Because of glitches a dependent I erased was still added onto my return. Not only will me wife end me after she wakes. I always had to redo my taxes multiple times. Programs made duplicates of w2's. I cannot support or recommend this program. You lost a positive customer I will now be a "detractor" from your business. Really tax prep used most recent who wrote this?

And I must say that it is way easier and more convenient and takes less time with them than the other place I was using. Took about 15 minutes with turbo tax rather than sitting in an office with a tax preparer.
