Rated 1 out of 5 by from I could not hear the person who was trying to help I could not hear her, she tried to make it where we could hear each other but wass unsuccessful. I tried to remove the Max but it would not allow me. Now I am paying 50 dollars to have wasted mine and her time and I still do not know if I filed correctly.

However, this year was absolutely awful - I actually cleared the form and started over due to redundant requirements to add info; I never saw the form (1040-SR) as in years past. And as a senior on fixed income, I found it expensive to use this year.
