I'll never pay someone to do my taxes again. I also get peace of mind for just $45 taken directly from my federal refund.

I have been on with the experts four times and only one of them seemed to know what they were doing. The others brushed me off and made statements like, "The IRS is silly at times," or "Just send a paper version." My questions haven't been answered and I'm still not able to file or remedy the situation. I was really hoping that I could find someone who could resolve my issue. Unfortunately, we will most likely not use TurboTax again.
