Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Amazing! I have been using TurboTax for the past few years and I absolutely love it! It is extremely easy to use. It was easy to upload my W2's. I like that there are no confusing forms to fill out. Just answer questions and it was all done for me. I also love that TurboTax helps find me tax breaks and credits I otherwise wouldnt know I qualified for!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not so great this year! Did not walk me through all steps and i had to search and search for forms that i had last year and didnt show up in any of the questions. very frustrating. may change tax return wesite if like this next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Last time to use TT Did not like the pop up's trying to sell me upgrades I don't want after I'd selected what I wanted at the beginning. I didn't like having to fill in W-2 info at the end review after I'd already verified the info earlier when uploading the W-2's. My 4th consecutive year using TT. I'll try a different service next year or go back to Block.
