I'm for sure not the brightest person in doing taxes, nonetheless don't understand most of it, but Turbo Tax takes you through and through each step in helping you understand how to file. I'm not one to look for a return as the IRS keeps all of my returns, but I'm happy to file in a timely manner and feel comfort knowing Turbo Tax will have my back if I made any mistakes.

I got through the entire process of my return and not until I was about to file did the site tell me I was going to have to upgrade my account to be able to file my taxes. It was charging me to file for federal and to file for state. All it mentioned was that filing taxes is only free for "simple taxes" but doesn't explain what that means. I then tried to contact turbo tax support and it said I had to pay for that as well. Very frustrating process.
