Rated 4 out of 5 by from My return I like filing with Turbo Tax even though I have worked in a tax firm for many years, Turbo Tax is quick and easy. I don't know why they say it is free. It is NOT free and It has never been free, even for a simple return like mine. I would also make sure you know that it is more expensive to have the fee deducted from your return. They really need to explain this a little more before you complete your return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quick experience with well trained employees I have been using it for a few years now and it always quick and so well laid out. I recieved help from Noel and Michael today that was very quick and concise. I did run into issues with a lady named Shelby who wanted to give me a hard time about me not being the primary person and then was not helpful AT ALL about how to access documents from previous filing years. I was needing to find the 1040 form from last year and she insisted that I just needed to go to IRS and download it even though I continued to remind her that I filed with Turbo last year and I just don't remember where to go to find the previous documents. I ultimately had to leave and let her know I appreciated her time but it was not helpful.
