Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product & Service Product is good and easy to use, I talked to a tax expert as well (Tayana) who was extremely helpful. My only reason to dock a star is because they are just overly pushy with the promotion of the premium versions of their product that I don't need.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Feel like I'm being tricked & ignored I really like most of the experience with the tools TurboTax has, but things keep popping up that I don't understand, and I'm not going to pay $200 to talk to someone. That is absolutely insane. There should be free help when I'm already paying $128 after discounts to use your service. Also the fact that you have to enter your credit card info on a screen that doesn't show you what you're being charged feels like I'm being deceived.
