Rated 3 out of 5 by from IT-196 Glitch This was the most stressful year filing with TT I've ever had. I've never run into problems in the past but this year me, and many other users, experienced a NY State IT-196 form glitch that prevented me from e-filing both my federal and state forms. There was no clear explanation for the problem from TT, no ETA and no one to speak to directly except for specialists responding on the community forum. It was awful. I'm glad it was resolved, but almost 2 weeks later!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax slow this year Turbo tax was a struggle this year. Live experts was not very knowledgable. It took 3 specialist to figure out issue and turned out to be a technical issue with turbo tax.
