Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive and Glitchy First of all, this program is set up to always force you to upgrade. I wanted to eliminate a schedule K so I had to upgrade but then it would not let me downgrade without erasing all my data. There was also a form missing for my state return that I did not find out about until this return was rejected, delaying e-file for 2 weeks and counting. I will not use this program again.

But there need to be more options when it comes to local tax preparations. With better technology in America, it would seem to be a better option to have it done through this service. Overall thanks.

Each Year Turbo Tax helps me get through tax season, it's much easier than taking it all somewhere and I feel good about it because the step-by-step process guides you through it with ease and only stops when you need to look closer at something. I highly recommend TurboTax!
