Rated 4 out of 5 by from Customer since 2006 I've had good experiences with Turbo Tax. It's easy to use and straight forward. My one thorn is there are different levels of Deluxe and it doesn't make since to offer "deluxe" without Live then increase the price? If I still had my rental I would now have to upgrade to Premier and that used to be Deluxe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax: meh Twice in the past four years have run into technical glitches where information entered where I thought that I was doing it correctly turned out to be in error. This year entered, I thought correctly the installment sale of a rental property but somehow entered it in two places there by first resulting in the entire sale price of the property counting as 2020 income: Shock! Trying to extricate this with a call to help line didn't help. Finally figured it out on my own and hope it was done correctly. Printed tax form seemed to indicate, "Yes."
