Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product and Top-Notch Support I've used TurboTax since I started working. It has never put me in the dark in relation to my tax situation. The tax experts are incredible. Latonya helped me at 11pm over chat, and double-checked a few pieces of my situation where needed. It took minutes to get a thorough view and make adjustments!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This year was different I have used Turbo Tax every year without a problem. This year though, I am a bit perturbed. Federal filing is free and I delined the Premium option multiple times. When I went to pay for the state it somehow charged me $89. for my federal. Of course it didn't tell me my total before I entered in my card and I didn't question it as I was under the impression I was only paying for state. Imagine my surprise when the charge came back at over$130. I just feel slighted. If it had been a flat rate of $89 to file I would have paid it, I have paid for it in previous, more complicated tax years- but I feel like adding it in after I have clearly declined it multiple times is just bad business.
