Rated 3 out of 5 by from I like Turbotax TurboTax is fairly easy, but too overpriced. They should really look at pricing as it pertains to people's income and as a return customer. I have used it for the past 7 years, and only realized this year after helping a friend do theirs that they were upselling me a service at the beginning which seemed to be the basic form of the service I needed. My fault for not checking. I will, however, be more wary in the future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Year for Turbo Tax The State form used by Turbo Tax was incorrect so Oregon rejected my taxes. Even though my 2020 taxes have been accepted by the IRS, the "amend" tab isn't available in my Turbo Tax dashboard.
