Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hours of stress using Turbo Tax software Turbotax does not accurately pull in/assess crypto info from Coinbase. My husband wasn't issued a 1099, but Turbotax kept insisting that we needed to document income from a 1099. Numbers weren't being pulled in correctly from the CSV, and I couldn't figure out how to make adjustments. Then I had issues suddenly with one of my 1099-INT, which required me to delete it and reupload the form (with no additional changes required). Awful software; very buggy. Will definitely consider a new filing company next year, after almost 10 years of using Turbotax. I am done with Turbotax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Efficiently takes care of taxes for reasonable fee I had a rather complicated return this year, with income from different states. Although there was a fee for TurboTax premier, I felt satisfied with the quality of the product, and I was content with how TurboTax expedited the process and made it feel more rewarding.
