We don't have a super simple tax situation but also don't have a complex tax situation, so I can only speak for the average married couple filing with basic employment, stock/savings interest, student loans, childcare payments, home interest, paid family leave for new child, etc....but with all of this, I can file in less than a few hours (federal and state). I also love that is remembers previoius year stuff so it makes it easier to do...also, love that you can take pictures of forms to import if your W2 doesn't have a control number. I did have one question about a MA state tax refund we got mid year cause the state met it's max tax revneue...I used the chat icon and had my answer in less than 10 minutes (inlcudes chatting back and forth). I did not have to pay extra for this which was nice. Super helpful!
