From easy to use format, all question's answers are always available right there, detailed, the import feature, friendly customer support, cost efficient, MAX REFUND!!!! I can go on and on, but if I were to summarize it, I would say IT IS PERFECT!!!! I have now been using it for 5 years, and the only regret I have is why I didn't start sooner! :) I am now a customer for life, Thank you all for creating such a superb and complete program, that stays on top of all details and changes at all time...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from crypto Issues Turbo Tax was not allowing me to file my taxes after I imported the file from Robinhood. It was stuck on review. I had to wait about a week for turbo tax to be able to log into my Robinhood account so it can take the info from my account. After that I was able to file my taxes.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was great until 2021 program I have used Turbo Tax for years and liked it. These additional steps of making me create a CreditKarma account are time consuming and ridiculous. I will not use Turbo Tax next year but will use another software program.
