Rated 1 out of 5 by from We should have just done it ourselves. My partner and I had a call with our reviewer where we communicated our specific concerns with filing together for the first time. Our reviewer disregarded those concerns and omitted an entire W2. Had my partner not double-checked, our reviewer would not have noticed it. Despite our alert, the reviewer submitted the erroneous return anyway, underreporting our income by tens of thousands of dollars. Even still, we have had to call and call in a frantic effort to get this problem resolved. It is still not resolved and there is no sense of urgency on TurboTax's part. This has been a nightmare and we expect to be audited.

Always want to offer some additional things and confuses the filer. Too much money and high order of variability for processing.
