Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Timer I haven't done my own taxes since there were short forms. Since then I've had someone do my taxes. Since COVID hit, finding people to do my taxes has been hard. TurboTax asked my tax questions I could understand and having the person on the phone to walk me through it just in case of a snag was super awesome. Would definitely recommend to others.

This was my first time using it and I will continue to use it in the future. it was easy and any questions I had there was always a customer service rep right there to help. they were polite and very knowledgeable.
