Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO EASY! This is my 5th year using TurboTax and I have never had a problem. They make it so easy to understand every step and even help you check for extra savings that you might not have known existed. I filed my taxes in under 30 minutes every year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is somehow even worse than last year. Not very user friendly, had to use Google several time throughout the tax filing process. Could've used an Intuit tax assistant, but having to pay premiums for assistance is insane. Unavoidable $39 for basic tax filing is also unacceptable - why is my wife and I paying taxes throughout the year, and we end up having to pay another premium to simply pay to file the taxes, that we already paid on. Ridiculous.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time User - Was Great!! I've always done taxes on my own and decided to try TurboTax. I'm very happy I did and was very happy with Susan's assistance and patience. The process was pretty easy but since this was my first time she was able to get me thru it in no time. Will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future.
