This year was a challenge with all the changes and technical difficulties, but they helped me every step of the way and I was very satisfied. William and Nikita were exceptional.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gets worse every year. This will likely be my last year using Turbotax, I have been using it for 10+ years. The prices increase constantly and the format of the website is becoming less intuitive. This year in the step by step process of the website prompted me to re-enter both W2's and then proceeded to tell me that I owed a pile of money. Why would a step by step guided process force you to do something incorrectly?
