Rated 2 out of 5 by from On line support not so great I tried to ask questions but was never able to speak with anyone. Wait times were terrible and getting past the computer generated questions on the phone was beyond frustrating. I paid for help and didn't get any.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Do NOT like the new version of Turbo Tax The new way Turbo Tax is set up is NOT user friendly at all. I am kind of upset after using this app for 6 years or so now. It is now very difficult to go back and edit things specifically. This makes it very confusing. Also when I click fix issue or fix returns it loops me in a circle to where I just keep continuing without fixing or changing anything. I do not know if it is because yall want people to use the help and pay for an upgrade or what by making it more difficult but I have always paid minimum payments to use this app and now I am frustrated and will probably not use them next year.

I love that it keeps all of my previous years documents, allows me to compare year over year and autofills information. The questions are clear and easy to understand. I have full confidence that my taxes are being done accurately + correctly. I would recommend to family/friends.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Multiple Rejected Returns My federal return was rejected because of an AGI mismatch that TurboTax didn’t catch. Likewise, my state return was rejected because of an apparent software error that added up certain lines wrong.

I can understand more of what im doing then jus listening to someone tell me. Also im able to go through every stap that needs to be done. Thank u turbo tax.
