Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy To Do Mom's Taxes H&R Block was charging my Mom $160+ to do her taxes. This was the 3rd or 4th year of using Turbo Tax and it's super simple for me to complete them for her. She's 90 years old and has a very small income and investments.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally Completed This was probably the most frustrating tax year and not the easiest. I had a lot more complicated items than normal and was continually getting "needs review". However, Carol the live tax expert was SO HELPFUL! I even lost the chat box and she called me to ensure that everything was completed. The website was frustrating (more probably about the type of information I had to enter than the actual website), but the live expert helped me not give up and go into H&R block which is double the price of the expert.
