Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective, Comprehensive, and Efficient I believe TurboTax is the most effective, comprehensive, and efficient way to prepare and file taxes. Many of the Investment institutions I work with allow their members to use a free version. TurboTax in many cases is able to obtain direct download fees from financial institutions. If a download is not available the OCR (Optical Character Reader) does a fantastic job of acquiring data from paper forms. Back room support offers peace of mind. I have yet to need their intervention with the IRS but it is nice to know they will liaison with the IRS; that you are not alone when dealing with the IRS.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost Perfect This year I kept receiving the following error when attempting to install turbo tax from the CD. "Error Code 65535" I was able to follow the directions online to fix the situation, but it was an inconvenience.
