Rated 1 out of 5 by from Troublemakers Turbotax needs bigger and more power on their servers. They can handle big files on stock market tradings. So the website is freezing when you try to change or correct something that turbotax advise. Then costumer needs to print 150 pages and send it to IRS. But IRS still processing 2020 tax, and you can't e-file new 2021 return cause IRS doesn't have AGI numbers. Must print and mail it again. I feel like I'm working on Windows XP in 2001. Welcome to past history.

She was very helpful and re assured me I was ready to file and was also happy I wanted to make sure everything looked great before filing.

I text someone but I’m not sure who, although they gave their nameI I’m dealing with rejections 2x’s from using my DL # filing my taxes is easy at times but I would rather deal with a person I can see after going through this I pray I got it right this time
