Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does the job Turbo Tax Deluxe did an excellent job of preparing my taxes. Importing data from last year was a great benefit. There were no surprises, and the forms were prepared and transmitted in a straight forward and efficient manner

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as smooth as previous years I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this was my toughest year with your product. i had to call 3 times for help and that has not happened before. Two of the phone calls were satisfactory and the third call was not. One problem seemed to be a bug in the system which also was a first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is such a stress relief I honestly was so scared to do my taxes this year . I lost my job and I had a 401k loan. I was so worried it was going to be so complicated ! But turbo tax was the furthest thing from it ! I love how easy it is to navigate through the site plus when your unsure there’s little help buttons everywhere !

And I ended up having to get my tax return copy from the IRS because TurboTax could not locate my tax return. They did find that I had had full service last year.
