Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little DISAPPOINTED I agreed to pay a fee for help with filing "self-employed" as Turbotax suggested. Not one time did it say that they were charging me an extra $40 to pay with my federal refund, "where they take it directly from my refund."At the end, not only did I pay $130 for filing due to being "self-employed", but they also charged an unknown fee of another $40, totaling $170.00. This was my 6th year using turbo tax and may be my last!!

Even with purchasing the most expensive tiers it's still cheaper then most places and you get step by step instructions and experts to help you along the way. Plus I've learned a ton myself.
