Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to do - difficult to correct mistakes State return was rejected and Turbo Tax couldn't pinpoint the mistake. I had to hunt and guess at what might be wrong. Waiting to see if it's accepted....fingers crossed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall very good but some issues You don't ask who is doing the work. Andrew has never done our return, yet it's always A....A....A....(my husband)..... Extremely irritating and insulting. The program needs to ask who is doing the return. You tell me my NYS return has been rejected but you don't say why or what to do about it! I'm left in a state of anxiety and no idea what is wrong and how to fix it. Not helpful! Otherwise a very easy way to file.
