I had one issue that I needed to connect with a tax specialist live and the agent was able to guide me to resolve it. Very satisfied. I will continue to utilize Turbo Tax for the foreseeable future,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is the way to go I have had a great experience with Turbo Tax. The feature to actually speak with an agent is spot on. All the interactions I have had with the agents that I spoke with were very knowledgeable, patient and had great customer service skills.
