My grandmother has done her taxes and those of her children and their children thru TurboTax for many years, but will never use you again. This year took us three times as long to do the same exact "plain" return AND we indicated it being FREE because of its simplicity, BUT YOU SNUCK IN THE CHARGES OF $49 PLUS THE STATE FEES without telling us. BAD BUSINESS decision. You've lost a lost of good customers NOW. I will NEVER recommend using your company again.
